For students at Rice University, there's no better time to explore than during the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo! See what our Owls get up to when they visit this quintessentially Texas event.

Yee-haw! Each spring, everyone across the city, including our Rice Owls, dusts off their cowboy boots and hats to head out to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. This yearly event is one of Houston's biggest and best traditions, and with easy access from the Houston METRO, students can head out for food, shows, games, livestock and more! Check out our video to watch two of our out-of-state students who have never been experience the greatness of a day at the Rodeo.
