  • Rice Owls of Color United, or ROC-U, is an organization within the Rice Athletics Department that is dedicated to empowering BIPOC student-athletes in all aspects of their collegiate experience. The organization serves Rice Athletics, Rice University and the Houston community through outreach events and service initiatives. Keep reading to learn more about this affinity group at Rice.

  • Sharing culture not only fortifies communities from within but also fosters connections across diverse groups. At Rice, this principle resonates deeply with our student body. Every year, cultural organizations host vibrant showcases to share and celebrate one another’s identity on campus throughfood, dance, art, and music.
