- Now that the holidays are here, students can check out fun holiday-themed events, such as Zoo Lights at the Houston Zoo!
- Even though it was technically a competition, everyone's really a winner once they get to eat their gingerbread house!
- Everyone brought their creativity to this gingerbread-house-making contest: this one looks like Lovett Hall!
- President Leebron loves attending student events, and the co-president of the Rice South Asian Society, Pranav Mehta, invited him up before Dhamaka to say thank you for his support.
- These four ladies are from Rice Rasikas, a group whose dances consist of Bharatanatyam, a classical dance form originating from Tamil Nadu in southern India.
- One performance at Dhamaka was from Aag, a fusion band that seeks to highlight the diverse and underrepresented cultures of South Asia through music.
- Students from Rice Bhangra perform at Dhamaka 2021, a year-end collection of performances presented by Rice's South Asian Society.

- One student who received a ring at this year's ceremony was Mei Leebron, daughter of Y. Ping Sun, pictured here, and President Leebron, who also attended the ceremony and congratulated all the students there.
